the staff were amicable. the breakfast was savoury. 3. I was offered a generous breakfast with pork from the local farm. 4. the location was amazing, near the beautifully preened garden of Motts Cottage as well as Essex.

Beautiful location, first class accomodation , extremely comfortable bed. Excellent value for money would recommend to all!

I was not there for long as I arrived late and had to catch an early flight but the hosts were very kind and helpful and gave me some breakfast to have in my room before leaving when I arrived. Good wifi connection. Great value for money and will return when the opportunity arises.

A little difficult to find as you have to turn off the main road to get to the place . I asked someone and being a small community they sent me to the right place.

The place deserved 4 stars. Really enjoyed our tastefully decorated room equipped with hand soap. A very comfortable bed, for instance. Shower facilities and a hairdryer were very handy. the room we had was tastefully decorated and even had hand soap provided. the bed was super comfortable, making our rest really pleasant. having shower facilities and a hairdryer at our disposal was very convenient.

It's a fantastic little B&B, with all the facilities you'd expect and a few more. Run by a very friendly family who were most helpful. Looking through the visitors' book you can see that many guests have returned time and again and now we know why.

Very nice location in a quiet village. The B&B accommodation is separate to the house and there was plenty of room inside. The room was clean and nicely presented. Breakfast the next morning was very tasty. I would say that Mott's B&B was very good value for money and would recommend it.

We didn't feel like leaving and would come back for sure. Everything was perfect, including attentive staff. - the hotel was just next door to a well kept mature garden. - the local farm thanks to its incredible location.
